If you have purchased an Item that you just don’t want anymore, we will give you a refund within a reasonable length of time. (Generally 14 days but in terms of anything perishable, it may be shorter.)
The product should not have been used beyond the handling that you would do in a shop to decide if you’d like to purchase the product. They should be in their original and undamaged packaging.
If the product has been used or shows wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, but more than likely we will agree to a deduction with you. (Around 20% of the value)
We obviously can’t offer a refund on any personalised goods. (Unless of course they arrived damaged in that case please see defective items below)
We won’t cover the return shipping charges, nor refund the original shipping charges.

All returns should be posted back to us, Please include your delivery note or confirmation email in the return. This helps us process your refund as quickly as possible.
